i would like to know about the meaning? and sad to hear that

Amen. May God accept it (said after someone has done something nice, aimed to please God). May God be pleased, friends, none of us were aware of this situation at such a sad time as this. May our martyrs be in heaven, I also wish condolences to our marytr´s families.

göz ardı etmek means "to ignore".
