Hi all,
If anyone can find a supplier in Turkey of goat's milk I would be really grateful. I will explain I am visiting Istanbul in just over a week and I have an allergy to cow's milk so I use goat products for the last five years. Nesrin quite kindly has found a supermarket that sells goat's cheese I only have the milk in cereals and cups of tea so it is not a huge problem for me but would be great if anyone on the board could find any supermarket in Turkey that supplies goat's milk I would be really appreciating their help

what about dried goat's milk? it's troublesome to carry it along with you but i think it's easy to find goat's milk in Europe... They do sell it in tetra packs of 1 litre but in UHT.
Still fresh the best...

I read that Turkey is number one at goat milk production, so you must be able to find it, but where does this milk go, I don't know lol
