its kurban bayrami, and its celebrated by muslims all over the world.

during this celebration, normally each family will slaughter a cow/sheep and give part of it to the poor, cook part of it and share it with family in friends.

i know coz i am muslim, but as i see its a HUGE celebration in turkey, like there are news coverage about the celebration, talking about the price, the supply of cow or sheep for bayram and what happened during slaughtering...

its a really nice celebration, i really wish to celebrate seker bayrami and kurban bayrami in turkey one day insha Allah

No one is stopping you fleeing abroad Vineyards.. The airports are open as far as I know..I can recommend you to flee to Spain to watch bullfight in big arenas, that would be less bloody to watch matadors killing bulls just to cheer the crowd.

If you mean some idiots who are torturing animals while sacrificing them, then I am against them too. But those few idiots are not representing the whole nation or Islam.

Torturing animals is against Islam. The real meaning of  sacrificing animals is more than shedding animals blood as you know.

I think that there is a blood bath everyday and everywhere in the world, when lot of meat is "made" before it finally ends on our tables. The difference (maybe important one) is that it is kind of industrialized and hidden from most of us.
