 - Ruhus (nickname) popüler bir arkadaşa benziyor,

Ruhus seems like a popular friend

 kişisel tercihlerim her zaman popüleritenin uzaklarında olmuş,

MY personal preferences has always had nothing to do with popularity

 düğünlerde dışarıda, karanlıkta duran tayfanın içinde durmuşumdur.

I have stayed within a gang that remains ouside in the darkness at weddings

- burda bile zıvanadan cıkamıyorum

 I cant even blow my stack here?

 ya aslında kendi halime yanıyorum. Yırtılamadık.

Any help is much appreciated, please and thank you.

 I tried a bit but wait for corrections

zıvanadan çıkmak  --> this is a saying that means ;

- to become extremly angry,

- to go mad, to go crazy.

In this case, it is "to go mad,to go crazy, to act madly, to act crazily.

burda bile zıvanadan cıkamıyorum.

burada = in here

bile = even

zıvanadan cık [stem of the verb[saying] ] + a [able to ] +[ negative suffix] + y [buffer y] + ıyor [ progressive tense] + um [ person " I" ]

So literally ; Even here I am not [being] able to go mad [act madly].

ya aslında kendi halime yanıyorum. Yırtılamadık

ya = well [in this case]

aslında --> asıl [real,actual] + ı [its actual] + n [buffer n] + da [ at,in]

                 in its actual , in its real---> In other words ; Actually, In fact

kendi = self

hal = state, situation

hal + im = my state, my situation

halim + e --> to my state [Dative]

yan  [burn] + ıyor [progressive tense] + um [person "I"] ---> I am burning

halime yanıyorum ---> this is a saying which means " To be upset with my own state, to be sad about the state I am in.

Yırt [ the stem of the verb " to tear " ] + ıl [ passive ] + a [able to ] + ma [negative] + [past tense] + k [ person "we,us" but in this case it is " I" as the speaker refering himself] --> so literally = I wasnt able to be torn.

But; it is used as slang word here as " the person who doesnt feel shame for his acts , who acts shamelessly , who doesnt care what other people think "

So the whole sentence would be ;

Well, In fact , I feel sorry for myself [for my state] as I couldnt get over this. [ I couldnt become a person who doesnt care what others think. ]
