NEW BABY BOY CONGRATULATIONS

I want to write to my friend and congratulate her new born baby boy, and i know all the basic congrats but since its such a unique thing i dont want to be wrong in any way especially not in spelling and grammar. Thank you in advance for your help.

Tesekkur ederim harpoon.The only meaning that escapes me is damatlığını. What is the meaning?
