In the word

"Gitmezmiydiniz" meaning "Didn´t you used to go ? "

Why is there a "y" buffer. I don´t understand its use here, as it is not followed by a vowel.

mi (question tag) + idi (past tense) + niz (you-formal/plural) = miydiniz
