seni = you [accusative]

çağır + an = that call you

ol + ma + dı --> didnt occur, didnt happen to , wasnt

Nobody happened to call you.

Another smilar example ;

 Şu ana kadar buraya gelen olmadı ----> Nobody came here until now [so far]

Of  course I`m adding bits that aren`t there

When there are so many bits missing, like most txtspk, you just have to add things!!!
