If
takes a complete sentence as its object is the inlayed predicate going to be an infinitive or a participle? It sounds to me like a deontic verb (which means infinitive, doesn´t it?) but I am not sure about all the occurances. I understand kabul etmek/edilmek can be used for expressing opinions, too, telling if something is acceptable or not and I wouldn´t say this is manipulative use.
Abla, I don´t understand the grammatical terms you use, but here are a few examples:
1. Accepting (or not accepting) a noun:
Yasa tasarısını kabul etti - He/She/It accepted (approved) the draft law
2. Accepting (or not accepting) a verb:
Bizimle çalışmayı kabul etti - He/She accepted (agreed) to work with us
