Just in the same way as misunderstandings arising from the power of attorney (or representative) relationship between the seller and the owner do not commit the purchaser in any way, if the title deed can not be officially transferred due to this type of misunderstanding, XXX AKALIN who is selling the property by power of attorney, and his/her partners, accept that they will pay the purchaser XXXX SUNG the total sales price.

I am not very clear about ... "Alıcyı bağlamadığı gibi ..." !!!

Bağlama > means tied, connected.  Is ´bağlamadığı gibi´ ... here means ´Buyer who is restricted´ ... or does it mean ... ´Buyer who is NOT restricted ...´ ??? 

Please help ....

I think the sentence relevent with agreement about online shopping or anthing elses

It mean "The buyer does not has a responsible from...."
