I have come accross a phrase which troubles me ... it is connected with ´-Dik´ participle ... I simply cannot ascertain what it means.

I can find BAĞLAMAK ... but BAĞLAMADIĞI gibi ... seems nonsense ... ??!!

Please help to clarify ...

Dear tazx1, the text is perfectly written..you can trust that lawyer.. My English is not good enough to translate such texts but it says:

any disagreement based on the representation issue between the broker and the land owner doesn´t restrict the buyer, and if the legal transfer of the property is not be done because of this type of disagreement, the broker xxxx Akalın and his partners personaly accept to pay the total amount of the price to the buyer xxxxx Sung 

bağlamadığı gibi => bağlamaz ve 

-dığı gibi is used for ve in such agreements by the lawyers
