*asking pardon or permission, etc...

When you say "destur" you ask permission of Jinns or you warn them "be careful I am about to pee now, if you are in front of me, go away". If you dont say "destur" they can hit you or strike you with something. Even if you say "destur" there is no guarantee that they will accept it.
