A baggage of 150 kg would get you a ticket, there is no problem. The artist´s suit would get booked. We can rent a minibus or two if necessary. 10-12 people in a minibus, the rest in other minibus and we can put stuff too. These can be solved practically, no troubles. Besides, the number of the rooms for artists are 4 double, the rest is single. This group looks like they are problematic too. And if they agree, they need to send their raiders. Because they may want a system that is not set in the hall.

(I think "raiders" is some kind of sound system. I have no idea)

My thought is that ´raiders´ maybe a Turkish way of saying ´riders´. Professional bands normally have technical ´riders´, (as it ´rides´ with the contract). It is normally a document that specifies the venue requirements of the band, and amongst other things can also cover transport to the venue, security, dressing room needs, scheduling, lighting needs and even food and drink requirements backstage.
