kamyonunu ‘his lorry (ACC)’ consists of four parts:

kamyon|u|n|u = noun stem + possessive suffix sg 3^rd + pronominal –n-* + accusative case ending

*The pronominal –n- is added between the possessive suffix and the case ending in the third person sg and pl.

There is no visible genitive case here actually because the owner is the referent of the subject of the sentence.
