I again got stuck while tranlsating a press article from the web. The full article is here http://ekonomi.haberturk.com/teknoloji/haber/711012-google-kullanicilari-dikkat if you needed the context, but I mean this sentence only:

I marked in bold the parts which I have problems with. Tell me please, what´s the meaning of bununla ilgili in this context. Moreover, I know onaylayarak means (by) approving but I´m not sure who is approving the contract in this sentence. I would translate: (...) company, by approving the renewed contract, brings condition, so that the users who benefit from Google´s free services, use these functions.

 Actually, it seems weird to me, so I think I messed something up (if they benefit from the services, they also use, so why condition?). But logically, I think the contract should be rather approved by the users. However the company is the main subject of the sentence, so it seems that the company ... by approving ... brings, right?

Let’s find the subject and predicate first in order to make some sense to the sentence. The predicate is getiriyor, the subject is probably the first absolute case noun in the beginning, şirket:

> ‘the company…sets.’

After adding the object şartını

> ‘the company…sets the condition.’

Both the subject and the object have modifiers: süreci başlatan şirket, bu hizmetleri kullanması şartını.

> ‘the company that starts the process…sets the condition of using these sercives.’

There is something foggy in the middle: Google’ın ücretsiz servislerinden yararlanan kullanıcıların yenilenen sözleşmeyi onayla|y|arak. It is a gerund which means ‘by doing something’ as you suggested. As a rule this gerund takes its subject from the main clause: it’s going to be the same şirket.

> the company…[by confirming something] sets the condition…

The object of onaylayarak is sözleşmeyi:

> the company…[by confirming the contract] sets the condition…

There is a small relative clause here: yenil|en|en. Notice that yenilenmek is passive.

> the company…[by confirming the contract which is renewed] sets the condition…

More modifiers to sözleşme: kullanıcıların.

> the company…[by comfirming the users’ contract which is renewed] sets the condition…

And still one small relative clause modifying kullanıcıların: Google’ın ücretsiz servislerinden yararlanan:

> the company…[by confirming the users’ [who have utilized Google’s free services] contract which is renewed] sets the condition…

Now it needs some sorting out:

> the company…by confirming the renewed contract of those users who have utilized Google’s free services sets the condition…

Bununla ilgili means ‘in respect to this’. The whole sentence should now look something like

In respect to this the company that starts the process by confirming the renewed contract of those users who have utilized Google’s free services sets the condition of using these services.

Is it any clearer or did I mix it more?

My understanding from the text is that ; The company obviously brings a condition;

the condition which is  " the users have to approve the renewed contract" ,

if users fail to approve it  then they won´t be able to use [benefit] these services.

therefore to be able[enable] to use these services they [users] have to approve the renewed contract.
