Is this sentence correct? From the turkish language point of view. Thank you, very much!

 İstifa, işverene bireysel iş sözleşmesinin bir ihbar süresinin tamamlanmasının ardından feshini (durdurulmasını ) bildiren işçinin tektaraflı istemli hareketidir.

My attempt;

İstifa; bireysel iş sözleşmesinin feshini (durdurulmasını, bir ihbar süresinin tamamlanmasının ardından işverene bildiren işçinin tek taraflı istemli hareketidir.

I can´t help about the translation, but as a learner, I have a suggestion:

Why don´t you write the message in English too? It´ll help us who learn Turkish understand a few new words without having to double-click them to look them up.

Lütfen biraz Ingilizce yaz, artik (connecting to the thread about artik)

Please write a little English from now on (following my own suggestion)

I love this site, and I love the dictionary function. Thanks to all of you who make this happen. I will be a frequent guest here.

/Rob

 This would be quite hard because my translation is not from english. I will try, anyway. I love this site, too.
