I got stuck on one word, while translating this long sentence:

Bünyesinde dünyaca ünlü pek çok markayı ve ürünü barındıran Procter & Gamble Co., dünyanın önde gelen gıda şirketlerinden Kellogg Co ile ünlü cips markası Pringles´ın satışı için anlaştı.

I can´t figure out know why there is the suffix -den after the word şirketleri? This is my translation attempt, but I really don´t know what to do with the -den suffix here: Procter & Gamble Co, that holds plenty of world-famous brands and products within, came to terms with (from) the world-leading food companies Kellogg Co in order to sell the famous brand of Pringles chips.

My another concern is the phrase dünyaca ünlü pek çok markayı, so far I though that in Turkish (like in English), the word describing quantity (like lots of, a lot of, plenty of) is placed before the whole phrase adjective + noun, eg. Çok mavi araba görüyorum. But here I see ünlü pek çok marka... Should I say Mavi çok araba görüyorum instead?

I think you would figure it out, if it was "sirketlerinden birisi olan Kellogg" .. (one of the companies)

Take it as if "birisi olan" part is omited..

You can say "dünyaca ünlü pek çok marka" or "pek çok dünyaca ünlü marka"

and

"çok mavi araba görüyorum" or "mavi çok araba görüyorum"

I have one more concern which perhaps needs a different topic, but it came to my mind on this example. You said that the full form is sirketlerinden birisi olan Kellogg and I wonder about the word birisi... if we mean "one of (the companies)" why don´t we say just bir or at most biri, but birisi with as many as two -i suffixes?

bir is either an indefinite article or an adjective (Turkish numerals are adjectives, remember?). Because birisi stands for a noun (şirket) here we don´t need an article or a numeral but a pronoun. one is a pronoun even in the English translation.

Many Turkish pronouns are made from adjectives by adding a possessive suffix. After the POSS you can add anything else and decline these words as you like.

In fact there are POSS + POSS in bir|i|si. It´s not logical. I think it has developed through some kind of a misunderstanding or analogy but I´m not sure.
