I received the following message this morning, but I am having difficulty translating, as my Turkish grammar isn't good enough yet  any help would be appreciated.
Selam kardes, nasilsin? Sahin abi burda ögley doğru ararsin görüsürüz kensine iyi bak-
what I do know from this is Selam, nasilsin and iyi that is all.

Hi Lyndaxxx, I am also a beginner but I understood some other words
Selam kardes, nasilsin? Sahin abi burda ögley doğru ararsin görüsürüz kensine iyi bak.
kardes: like brother or friend
görüşrüz: see you soon (I think)
kensine iyi bak: take care.
