Hello!
I´ve found such a statement:
En sonki alıştırmandan anladığım kadarıyla ileri seviyeye çok yakınsın.
I believe it means From your latest exercise I realize that you´re (as far as) very close to the advanced level.
And I wonder, if I say it this way:
Kadarıyla ileri seviyeye çok yakın olduğunu en sonki alıştırmandan anlıyorum.
Would it be exactly the same?
Because I have usually encountered constructions like ... verb1-diğini ... verb2-iyorum. And here it goes: ... verb2-diğim ... verb1-iyor.

That´s wrong!
The correct one is "en sonuncu" and it means "the final/last one".
Also "en sondaki" would have a close meaning and would mean "the one at the very end".

Ok, but apart from that word, is my paraphrase right? Do they mean the same?

No!
I believe it means From your latest exercise I realize that you´re (as far as) very close to the advanced level.
Kadarıyla is meaningless. kadar is a postposition and cannot be used alone.
x kadar = as much/far as x
x is missing in your sentence.
Kadarıyla ileri seviyeye çok yakın olduğunu en sonki alıştırmandan anlıyorum.

Hmm.. actually what´s the function of -ı and -yla after "kadar"? Can I say just En sonki alıştırmandan anladığım kadar ileri seviyeye çok yakınsın ?

No you can´t, because it´s still not OK (red ones). If you fix it, would be OK.

Oh yeah, now I see! So, anladığım kadarıyla is a fixed phrase that can´t lose the "kadar" part, right? So I definitely CAN´T say only En sondaki alıştırmandan anladığım ileri seviyeye çok yakınsın., huh? Sorry, I was in doubt, because I didn´t know the phrase "anladığım kadarıyla" before...

Red one has a different meaning:
You are very close to the advanced level which I see/realise from your latest exercise.
literally:
Anladığım kadar = as much/far as I understand/understood
Anladığım kadar-ı = as much/far as I understand/understood of it
Anladığım kadar-ı ile = with as much/far as I understand/understood of it

Anladığım kadar-ı ile = with as much/far as I understand/understood of it
A better English for the above would be:
With respect to how much I understand/understood of it
