Hello!
I wonder how to express the phrase (by) having in Turkish?

For example, can I translate Having enough money I can buy this car as

Yeterli param olarak (olurken ?) bu arabayı satın alabılıyorum.

or Having a bike I came home on time:

Bisikletim olarak eve zamanında geldim.

If my examples are wrong, could you think of any others?

Having enough money I can buy this car

It is Conditional Sentence.

Yeterli param olursa, bu arabayı alabilirim.

Having a bike I came home on time.

Bisikletim olduğu için eve zamanında geldim.

So, you never use the construction like -i olarak or olurken for "having"?

Quoting sufler

So, you never use the construction like -i olarak or olurken for "having"?

I think you were waiting one by one translate, but you cant do this for every sentence.

If i said "Bisikletim olurken eve vaktinde geldim", it would not make a sense in Turkish.
