Effectivity from four parts: (i still don´t understand what you mean by effectivity here)

1)A down pray in the most famous mosque in every city in the world.

Dünyadaki şehirlerin her birindeki en ünlü camide sabah namazı.

2) Alomg prayer after the down pray for sirya and AL-aksa

3)collect a contribution and make an incitement to help sirye and its free army.
