My Try:

Hello. I am also happy that we met. My name is Melekçe. But I´m sorry to say I can´t enter here all the time. I will leave you my number so that it will be easier for you to reach me. Looking forward to seeing each other. Bye.

The original text lacks punctuation and has some typos. Maybe this version will help you to understand it easier (I hope I didn´t make any mistake here).

Selam. Ben de sizinle tanışmaktan mutluluk duyarım. İsmim Melekçe, ama ne yazık ki ben her zaman buraya giremiyorum. Size bana daha kolay ulaşabileceğiniz numaramı bırakıyorum. Gorüşmek ümidiğle, hoşca kalın.

Thanks you, it helps since now I can now find the words in a dictionary.  So it seems that she may have been using slang or incorrect grammar.  Could you help me with a response, I am not able to formulate in proper grammar and don´t want to sound childish:

"Thanks you Melecke for your response and your phone number.  I hope to speak with you when I have learned enough Turkish, perhaps in 6-8 months when I plan to visit Turkey.  In the meantime, how about we stay in touch by email?"

Unfortunately, I´m a learner too so I´m afraid I can´t give you perfect translation. Below is my attempt, but I don´t think it is good - I think it will be better for you to wait for other members, hopefully they can correct it or post a better translation.

Thanks you Melekçe for your response and your phone number.

Cevap ve numaran için teşekkürler Melekçe.

I hope to speak with you when I have learned enough Turkish,

Umarım ben yeteri kadar Türkçe öğrenince seninle konuşacağım.

perhaps in 6-8 months when I plan to visit Turkey.

Alti-sekiz ay içinde Türkiye´ye gitmeyi planlıyorum, belki bu o zaman mümkün olacak.

In the meantime, how about we stay in touch by email?"

Bu arada, e-postayla iletişimde kalmak için ne dersin?

Good to know. We got it from this part of original text - maybe we misunderstood it:

slm bende sizinle tanismaktan mutluluk duyarim ismim melekce ama ne yazikki ben herzamna buraya giremiyorum
