Does anyone else feel the same? Or do I need to see a therapist !

 This matter is close to my heart, and all I´m trying to say is this is your life,

Reading your messages Faily, WOW!!! I have this huge smile on my face. You won´t believe it, but I already had Genis Doru Olsa on my phone. I have been scrounging around for turkish music on youtube.

I download lyrics, and sing along until I can pronounce it right. I am glad to say Turkish music is part of my bathroom ritual

I felt a slight trepidation at heart in comprehending fully your previous message and its tone.  However, with a little more effort I have endeavored to seek clarification and have found it thus:

 

I have just finished reading all your posts and find myself short of adjectives to describe what I read.  It seems there is much similarities in our journeys to this site.

 

There is much to be said but the ways are narrow as I find myself limited by the limitations of the language we use to converse in: English.

 

Possessing the ability to speak with various tongues gives one the ability to not only converse in anothers language but to secretly enter into their psyche, their thinking, their pain, their joys, their culture and their different ways of expressing life, and slowly you too start dreaming as they do and feel as they feel.

 

It is to that end I find, by meeting a certain Turkish person, I have opened a Pandoras Box of emotions and expressions, which at best is too difficult for me to close and at worse a nightmare to deal with.  It seems that intoxicating vapours of the Turkish people and its culture have overpowered you also.

 

Our journeys to this magical land and people may have been different...but the roads were all the same, believe me when I say this.

 
My love for Turkey has taken me far and wide.  Much of it is painful, but alot more of it melancholic and bittersweet.  Alas, when all is said and done, it will always be the best thing I have ever chanced upon.

 

I will stop sounding so cryptic and end this message now.

 

There is a saying in Arabic..."words of the tongue only reaches the ears,...... but words of the heart ....reaches the hearts."

          I feel a little reticent to call you Abla as that would automatically render you as my sister.  However, I will do so as a Muslim. 

Dear Abla, I have read alot of your posts and see that you have contributed immensely to the site (Allaha kebul etsiniz), to that end I wanted to mail you and request that should I need any help in translation or finding a certain turkish word I would be very grateful if you could help. 

As I find your command of both the English and Turkish language to be of a high and commendable standard, which is rare amongst those I have come across.  A prized commodity I am desirous of.
