Father kills daughter after seeing Turkish actor on cell phone

An Algerian father allegedly killed his daughter after seeing pictures of Turkish actor Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ on her cell phone, Emirates247.com reported yesterday.  B. Majeed allegedly slit his 16-year-old daughter Lidya´s throat after finding pictures of Tatlıtuğ and several other male actors on her cell phone, Turkey´s daily Vatan reported.  Majeed allegedly sent his wife and children away so that he could be left alone with Lidya. "The father decided to kill his daughter and made plans for the murder," the report said.  Once Majeed was alone with his daughter at home, he allegedly grabbed her and cut her throat.  Majeed later surrendered to the police, the report said.
