My name is ............  ,I’m a 32 year old male, currently working as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in a five star hotel in Turkey .I am responsible for managing 80 staff here, over one main restaurant which caters for 600 guests, two A La Carte restaurants and five bars for the capacity of 1200 guests. I also take on a  Duty manager´s role one day  per week .

I work from 8 am until midnight six days per week. I have almost 17 years experience in working in Hotels, hospitality and tourism industry, mainly with European tourists.
