These words are positive and show extreme emotions.

It depends on when and where they are told but possibe meaning is

he/she has fallen in love with you very strongly and is sexually excited as mush as he/she can´t stand.

"Kudurmak" is a verb which literally means "to get irrevocably and fatally infected with a virus called rabies", usually as a result of a bite from an infected dog or other similar animals.

Symptoms of rabies is one´s gradual loss of physical and mental control, leading to uncontrollable convulsions, total loss of mind and very painful eventual death caused by suffocation.

The uncontrolable frenzy one gets into as a result of this sickness ıs sometimes likened to effects of certain persons you deeply hate or are angry with can have on you, when you see them. Rarely, it may also imply the state of feeling an uncontollable sexual desire for someone.

My opinion is that use of the verb in any meaning other than "infection by rabies" is vulgar Turkish. Though some people use such expressions, I would not recommend any of the alternative uses in a proper, decent and civilized conversation.  The speaker may not be aware that using this verb not only  likens himself to a dog, but also makes you a "bitch" - for rabies is generally associated with dogs, in Turkish language.

If anyone you care for is to express his affection for you, you should always demand compliments of higher quality.
