bekle  + y [buffer] + eli ---> since waiting [because we dont have the context, we cant say the person here ]

Seni bekleyeli [beri] iki saat geçti.--> It has been two hours since I [or we] have been waiting for you.

Literally [ two  hours passed since I have been waiting for you ]

Another form of using  -Alı is doubling the verb ;

We sometimes use this form to give a stronger emphasis to the first clause, we double the verb by attaching the past tense marking "dI" and personal suffix onto it. And it means " ever since "

    Verb stem + DI + Person            Verb stem + Alı [eli]

       Git        + ti +   n                   Git ["t" changes into d] + eli

    [ Gittin  gideli --> ever since you have gone [ever since you left ]

Sen gittin gideli yüzüm gülmedi--> Ever since you have gone, I had no smile on my face
