I think there is something wrong with the second line. If it was gelmedin it would make sense to me (but I may be wrong).

anadan doğma = stark naked

anadan doğma günahsız çocuklar gibi = sinless like stark naked babies.

As we all know when the babies born, they are born with no clothes on. Here "anadan doğma günahsız çocuklar gibi" is a figure of speech which means faultless,sinless, guiltless, innocent just like newborn babies.
