"A picture of heaven" or "A picture of paradise" sounds more natural in English.

Because heaven, paradise, and hell are considered to be places in English, we do not usually use ´the´ or ´a´ (definite or indefinite articles).

Similarly to how we would say "A picture of Istanbul".
