I may be wrong, but maybe it is imperative form of verb "benimsemek" ? If so, I think this could mean:
You always had your "I love you, but..."s.
Accept my "But I love you"s.

wouldn´t something like "you always had your ´i love you but´s...´ while I always had the ´but, I love you´s..´," I think that´s more sensible + Its close to the original´s quote translation.
I´m just a learner.. so forgive me if I´m wrong

"Seni Seviyorum Ama..." : I love you but there may be difficulties after love. "Ama Seni Seviyorum.." : There have been difficulties but still I love you.
