What are you all cooking and/or eating for dinner tonight???

I have been looking for inspiration - I want something tasty of course but as I am on my own tonight I want something that doesn't take all night to prepare and cook. Also I have been staying in our country house until yesterday but am now at our city house. So I am a little limited over food that is in the house and I don't want to stock up too much with fresh food as I am going to stay with my mother at the weekend.......

So tell us all what you are cooking tonight and maybe next time we have a similar dilemma, we can come to this thread for ideas

Well I eventually decided on something sort of Turkish......

I had lamb with capsicums, carrot and courgette cooked in a red wine and onion sauce flavoured with paprika, garlic and ground corriander seeds All made from the few bits I had in!

It was very YuMMy
