Quoting tunci

When the suffix -EsiyE / -AsıyA [gerund] comes to verb stems and precedes "kadar" it gives verb the meaning of "until"

Verb stem + -EsiyE / -AsıyA + kadar

Gel          +  esiye  +    kadar --> Ben gelesiye kadar ---> Until I come

Ben gelesiye kadar burda bekle ---> Wait here until I come.

Doyasıya kadar yemek yediler ---> They ate until they are full.

Dün gece uykum gelesiye kadar televizyon izledim --> Last night I watched tele until I feel sleepy.

İstanbul´a varasıya kadar konuştu ---> He/she talked until he/she arrived Istanbul.

I´ve not heard this is general usage.

More usual would be: ben gelene kadar burada bekle.

Any feedback from a native speaker, please????
