still = hala

Seni hala seviyorum = I still love you

yet = yenüz ( usually in negative sentences )

Henüz acıkmadım. = I´m not hungry yet.  : )

It is better to  say "henüz´ and ´daha´ are the same in this case, as ´daha´ has other meaning that is not the same as ´henüz´.

1. ´daha´ can mean ´more´ ;

Daha çay ister misiniz ? ---> Would you like more tea ?

2. "else"  --> Daha ne yapacaksın ? ---> What else you will do ?

                                                         What more you will do ?

I often use daha da for both ´still´ (AFF) and ´yet´ (NEG) but I´m not sure if it is correct.

Quoting Abla

I often use daha da for both ´still´ (AFF) and ´yet´ (NEG) but I´m not sure if it is correct.

Let´s replace "daha da " with "hala" and "daha"  and see how it sounds ;

Daha da acıkmadım ---> it does not sound right.

Daha da çay ister misiniz ? --> it does not sound right

Daha da ne yapacaksın ?---> Sounds ok.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Daha da can be used in the meaning of "artık" [anymore] such as ;

Daha da oraya gitmeyeceğim. ---> I won´t go there anymore.
