Off-topic forum is not showed on the right-side of the website, but only on the forum pages itself  I read your post before there, because I post a lot off-topic and use the total-forum-overview a lot 
So whenever you pots in an off-topic forum (a penny for your thoughts, song title you dedicate, what are you listening now, what team will win worldcup), they will never appear on the right-side of the website, but only on the forums itself
