Senin sevdiğin parfümden detir - should I bring the parfume I like?

aklından geçeni getir  -   bring the one which comes to your mind (or something like this)

Senin sevdiğin parfümden getir - Bring me the parfume that you like.

Aklından geçeni getir - Bring me what you are thinking for me.

PS: S/he wants the parfume but s/he has no choice in her/his mind for that. It will be your choice

geç|en|ı = verb stem geç- ‘to pass’ + present participle marking –en > ´which passes’ + accusative ending –ı (because the predicate getir governs an accusative object)
