I think that translation for word "badly" is missing in the second sentence. Could something like this make sense?
Seni kötü düşünen bir parçam yok.

Thanks for explanation Harpoon. I think that the meaning of the original sentence is something like "no part of me has negative feelings towards you" / "thinks negatively about you". I was not sure if translating it directly as "kötü düşünen bir parçam yok" will make any sense in Turkish. Maybe it would be better to change the meaning of the original sentence to something like "I don´t think bad about you at all" - could something like this make any sense in Turkish?
Seni kötü hiç düşünmem, lütfen bana güven.
