"Turkish: A Comprehensive Grammar" by Aslı Göksel and Celia Kerslake

My favourite grammar. It finally understands the vague borders between Turkish parts of speech and the way tense, aspect and modality are tied together in Turkish verb suffixation. I very much recommend it to Turks also. But maybe not to learners taking their first steps.

Another book, which I haven´t read so far, but which I heard is very good is "Turkish: A Comprehensive Grammar" by Aslı Göksel and Celia Kerslake.

I agree with Abla. This is a fairly new book, but it is an excellent text for intermediate learners. Click here for more information.
