No, the first ´k´ does not mutate to ´ğ´
çıkacağım

1)Tamam,teşekürler ! Is that rule applies in every words,or just in this? 2)End second question. How it´s saying : Defol or Defolup ?

My understanding is that when a noun ends in a ´K´, and a suffix that starts with a vowel is added, then the mutation occurs.
For example kopek - kopeğim (my dog)
But, for verbs, the verb root that ends in a ´k´ does not mutate when a suffix that starts with a vowel is added.
eg çıkmak - çıkıyorum, çıkacağım

How it´s saying : Defol or Defolup ?
You would say ´defol´
It comes from ´defolmak´
Defolup would be used with another verb following it, like
nihayet defolup gittiler!
