I think i know how to make them but i want to be sure. Please can someone translate

 

poşetin tamamini 600ml (3 su bardaği) süte veya 430ml (2 su bardaği) suya kariştirarak ilave ediniz .Orta sicakliktaki ocaka kivamina gelinceye kadar pişiriniz fincanlara doldurunuz

 

elmalan soyup ortalarini çikariniz 7 - 8 dakita haşlaiktan sonra servis tabağina aliniz. ceviz bal ve tarçini kariştirip ortalan doldurunuz . Salepi tarifine göre hazirlayiniz, hazirlanan salebi elma larinin üstüne dökerek nane yapraği ve biraz tarçin ekleyerek süsleyip servis yapiniz.

Add the whole bagful into 600 ml (3 water glasses) of milk or 430 ml (2 water glasses) of water and mix. Cook on medium heat oven until thick. Pour the stuff to the cups.

 

Peel the apples and remove their cores. After boiling them for 7 to 8 minutes put them to the serving platter. Mix the nuts, the honey and the cinnamon and fill the holes in the middle. Prepare the salep according to the instructions, pour the prepared salep over the apples, decorate with a leaf of mint and some cinnamon. Serve.

 

(Probably I have used so wrong English kitchen terms but I hope it helps.)
