Fusion consonant use

Hi. I would like to know if there is a rule to when you use the fusion consonant "n" and when you use "s"? If there is already a post asking the same, then could you please direct me to it. Also, what do you call a fusion consonant in turkish? Lütfen cevap türkce yazın. Teşekkür ederim.
