" sick of crying tired of trying im maybe smiling but inside im dying"

My try:

Ağlamaktan bıktım, denemekten yoruldum, belki gülümsüyorum ama içim kan ağlıyor.

Ikicihan is a native Turk who understands English.

In my opinion, he translated your unpunctuated English very well. Smile

I´m sick of crying and tired of trying.

Maybe I´m smiling, but inside I´m dying.

So sorry for insulting you henry lol the reason i asked was because he put 2. There was no need to be so rude.

Thank you for your input but it was not needed!

Not very different with previous one.

Ağlamaktan bıktım, denemekten yorgunum.

Gülümsediğime bakma, içten içe ölüyorum. (this row is not the word to word translation.)
