IBNELIGIN ve luzumu ? ne demek ...I understood the message, but is it a bad meaning in turkish? 

sorry my friend. yes it is including a little slang. but think it like an expression. cuz "ibne" is the man who prefer to make love with another men. so i think it isnt related with you directly. and "ibnelik" is this job´s name. "lüzum" is the necessary or to need something w/e.

Because of it is an idiom, you can think "ibneliğin lüzumu yok" like  "dont be dishonest" or  "dont be inglorious" as well.
