Ona = To him/her

Onu = Him/her or that/this

Sana = To you

Senin = Yours

Seni = You

MY TRY:

Ona-It´s dative form of the word O. Dative is like in English proposal TO... I am going to her- Ben ona gidiyorum.
Onu-It´s accusative form of the word O. Accusative is most object in sentences... 
Sana-It´s dative form of the word SEN.
Senin- Your.
Seni-Accusative form of the word SEN. Like: I love YOU- SENİ SEVİYORUM.
