Can someone please tell me where I can find a notary public in Istanbul. Is it a "noter" or "noterligi"?  And how much do they normally charge to notarize one simple document?  Any help you can give me is very much appreciated!

Thanks again.

noter, noteri , or noterliği. you can see one of them on signboard.

and about money, there is no fixed charge. it is changable. it depends on document types.

and you can find anywhere in istanbul. just use google maps.

You can find them around public offices and sometimes in/around post offices.
