sometimes i feel that trying to translate turkish sentences is like trying to solve a complicated math equation....

I agree with you, haniagree. I liked school mathematics and I think it is one of the best subjects for a linguist to master.

 

To develop your thought a little bit further I would say that Turkish is mostly adding up. The use of brackets and other rules concerning order of operations are also needed.  What makes it resemble equation solving is the way sentences are built: certain elements need their counterparts and it is your job to find them all and make the wholeness match.

 

A Turkish sentence may be difficult for many reasons but it is always based on quite  simple mathematics in my opinion.

Bazen Türkçe cümleleri tercüme ederken, kendimi karmaşık matematik denklemi çözüyormuş gibi hissediyorum.

actually you weren´t wrong abla, i wanted to get help on some translation, and i thought about how turkish is like math equations.....

and i also felt that the above sentence in english itself is going to be interesting (for me) to translate to turkish

i am not familiar with other languages only arabic, turkish and english and definitely turkish is most fun to learn, although for me it is the most difficult.
