You will never win with a turk man. İt's not do as i do but do as i say. İt is a double standard rule here. But keep fighting. İ have found if i give way he walks right over me. İf i stand and argue back. İ come out with my self respect. Dont lose it please

Yes, I had an argument with one, and I feel I got the better of him, this was over business. I had him very concerned what I said to him.
That evening he came into computer room in restaurant I used, and sat like Big Chief Sitting Bull, staring at me, not saying a word but I think trying to intimidate me.

Well, I argue with my boyfriend sometimes, but I star it and I finish it because he doesn't want to fight with me...
But I know he's an exeption...maalesef

I also think that it depends on the area that these Turkish men are from. Some regions are more modern where as others are still very traditional and concervative, where women are stay at home providors. I have found that men are men, no matter what nationality they are. I think what seperates them is their socio-economic environment.
Just my two cents....

i really dont think it has anything to do with being turkish. i myself am a man and i find it degrading to give in, regardless of what the argument is about especially with my girl. but my girl is smart she knows me and knows how to manipulate me forexample she will agree with me and then twist my word into hers thus making my statement what she wants it to be. haha you are a woman make use of your god given power of manipulation. it is your right! take care selam
