However I am extremely interested in working within Europe and was wondering if your company offers Tier 2 sponsorship?

I am also interested in finding a self employed vacancy within the food industry which will allow me to apply for a ECAA permit enabling me to work in the UK.

I am not sure about the translation of the last paragraph. I understand the original sentence this way:

• They want to find a self employed vacancy within the food industry.
• This vacancy will allow them to apply for ECAA permit.
• And, having that permit, they will be able to work in UK.

While I think that the above translation means:

• They are interested in obtaining ECAA permit.
• Which will give them possibility to work in the food industry.

So I think that both sentences have a bit different meaning. If I´m right, do you think that this sentence could be translated this way?
