does it mean: you left me, that didn´t help it

It´s a bit tricky (for me)... lets divide... than conquer.

Easy part is: "benden ayrıldın" -> "you broke up with me".

other part: "düzelemedin, tabii". "Düzelemedin" meaning here is more like, "recovering from an illnes" as in "[sen] -henüz- iyileşemedin" which means ( "you didn´t recovered" [yet]. )

other part: "Tabii" ...naturally, ...of course.

And the "...ya" part: it relates the fact (braking up) as another´s cause (feeling bad) 

and verbose intermediate form would be...

It is natural that you didn´t recovered up emotionally from that sorrow yet because of you broke up with me.

My take is:

[Naturally,] You didn´t recovered up yet cause you broke up with me.

Can I ask as a learner, is there a possibility that it could be

benden ayrıldın ya, düzelmeden tabi

Yes it is probable. And perfectly feasable. But this form of the sentence, may render the meaning of "ya" and "tabi" more subtle, even irrelevant.

My guess is the owner of the sentences trying to build some cause and and effect relationship between the fact and the situation and render it as a "self inflicted wound". And almost accuse the other party being victim of "his/her" ill-tempered act.   

Ahh anladım. For cause and effect, the ya and tabii add emphasis.

That´s why it´s grammatically possible to use meden but not logical from the emphasis words used. Slowly I must learn to recognise these other factors as a learner.

You haven´t been recovered up yet cause you broke up with me  

You haven´t recovered yet, because you broke up with me.

The problem is with the red part.

"up" is not used with recovered.

Recover means to get back (health/possessions/ability)

Recovered can mean got well again / improved back to normal / got better.

Secondly, you cannot use "been" in this situation

You can say you haven´t been well, healthy, seen, able to do .....etc

but you have to say you haven´t recovered, tried, started ...with people 

I haven´t recovered

You haven´t recovered

He/she hasn´t recovered

We haven´t recovered

They haven´t recovered

With objects including lifeless things, you can say

(for singular things) His body hasn´t been recovered after the plane crash.

(for plural things) The missing paintings haven´t been recovered
