4. DÜŞME

I am not sure but I guess a Turk could read this in two ways. It could be either the -mE infinitive  -  I guess this was ment, like saying the reason of this warning is düşme tehlikesi. Anyway, it could also be the negative imperative meaning ´Don´t fall!´ These are pronounced differently but it does not show in writing.

My Guess.

yeah, it is imperative and the emphasize is on düş- part.

The funny thing is they are not trying to prevent something dangerous, like slippery floor etc. They are directly ordering the result not to be done!

It is an obligatory to buy and drink tea if you used our restroom (loo).

Explanation: I think there is a coffe/tea seller over there and people using the restroom in the shop as if it is a public restoom and go away without buying anything! And the shop owner warns us, it is not free at all!

But without an explanation why the hell i have to drink tea after using restroom!!! Maybe to gain the liquid i wasted

vece is an incorrect form of WC (water closet). There is no w letter in turksh and people tend to read it as regular V.
