Here I am again my bipolar friends. I have lost myself again in melancholy. Untill madness comes and takes me, lets have a drink and curse the destiny.

I think you are on the right track it´s better to ask for blessings than curses.....asking for Mercy works pretty well too.

Gosh you have short periods, gokuyum. Are you sure you have the right diagnose?

Short is better. It is boring to stay in a mood for a long time. When I am manic, I mock people on the forum. When I am depressive I translate melancholic songs or write a poem
