Turkce dersiniz nasil "text" as in a text on a mobile phone?

I am trying to say...did you receive my text?

Sen "text"im aldin mi?

MY TRY: 

tekstimi(metinimi) aldın mı?
but probably not correct,wait for someone who knows better Turkish ..

yes i could say message, i thought there might be a turkish word for text.

Yes, we have Turkish word for it which is " ileti " but unfortunately for mobile text we use "mesaj or kısa mesaj " instead.

You could also use sms.
